Before You Order
Our SPROG Complete Package comes complete with "getting started" instructions, power supply, cables, etc. to get you running right away.
The online instructions step you through the full installation process of all necessary software.
SPROG uses JMRI software, which is supported on Windows7 and better including Windows 10 & 11, MacOS-X 10.7.3 and later, and many Linux systems.

Software
SPROG II and SPROG3 require JMRI DecoderPro and the Java runtime engine to be installed.
All the required software is available in the online install pages,
or optionally to order on a USB Flash memory stick, see below. This USB Flash Drive is no longer included by default in our SPROG packages,
as so many users prefer to download the latest version.

Power Supplies
SPROG DCC family devices require a good quality regulated DC power supply,
of the correct stable voltage, and sufficient current capacity.
Experience has shown this is the best way to achieve good programming results.
The appropriate recommended power unit is included with each SPROG Complete Package,
and is also available separately below.
We have many power supply options; please contact us for any custom needs or to "mix-and-match".

Warranty
We will repair or replace SPROG DCC branded devices, regardless of age.
We reserve the right to optionally add a small charge for repair or replacement of SPROG items older than 48 months,
any items modified in any way or any items damaged by misuse in any way, and all other (non SPROG) items.
Ask us.
Should you need repair of any item sold by us directly or through one of our listed representatives,
please contact us for the steps to take.
Delivery Charges
All prices for direct online orders of our product packages will add the cost of shipping to USA addresses via USPS Priority Mail
or all other addresses via First Class mail, when you place your order. Multi-item orders will usually add up to a lower total shipping cost.
Canadian customers, we recommend you to contact one of our Canadian retailers listed above for the best service.
International customers. We are happy to ship to any country in the World, by default via First Class International Mail or by UPS (prices shown below)
or on request at actual cost of International Priority.

or proceed to Checkout where appropriate fastest shipping will be calculated.
Regrettably shipping costs keep increasing, but we will charge you as listed below (often less than the current costs!) and we update the listings when it gets higher.
Payment by PayPal (including Credit or Debit Cards)
We encourage you to use PayPal. You can order and pay on-line via PayPal or with a credit or debit card using the buttons below.
Credit or Debit card payments are processed securely by Paypal at Checkout.
Your PayPal receipt is your acknowledgement of the order having been successfully placed;
we will not usually send you any additional confirmation unless there are unexpected issues or delays.
Data Privacy
When you purchase from us using PayPal, all the information that you enter is retained by PayPal, and is protected according to their data privacy policy. We do not retain anything about you except the list of items that you purchase, your name and the date of the transaction.

We are also happy to accept US checks. All checks must be in US dollars, and be made payable to "BBM Group LLC".

In the event of any problem with your order (e.g. items out of stock), no goods
will be dispatched until we can contact you for further instructions.
We normally try to ship all product orders by USPS Priority Mail (all accessories and International are sent by First Class mail) within the week ordered,
typically taking 3 travel days to most US addresses (~8-10 days to Canada, ~two weeks to most other countries), but please allow up to 28 days for
delivery, especially at busy times and around holiday seasons.
If your order is especially urgent for some reason, please contact us directly
to make us aware and we will make our best efforts to meet your request.
